WithYou Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how WithYou handles information when you use WithYou Assistant, the WithYou Companion App, withyou.email, or Connect WithYou to Claude.

WithYou Assistant is a personal assistant that helps you keep what you know, what has happened to you, and what you have to do.

WithYou is provided by KB TWO LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Information we collect

Google sign-in. You sign in to WithYou using Google. WithYou stores your name and Google's account ID. The WithYou app does not ask Google for additional information. When you connect WithYou through Claude, Google provides your name, email address and basic profile information as part of the connection process. WithYou does not store that email address.

Information you add. You can add records about categories, people, places, organisations, things, events and tasks, including appointments and goals. You can also add notes and links between records. Your own profile can contain your name, time zone, email address, phone number, address, birthday, a short description about you, the name you give your assistant, and instructions for your assistant.

Information collected automatically. WithYou receives your device's time zone. Cloudflare keeps server request logs for a limited period under its own policies.

WithYou does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cookies or trackers. WithYou does not collect your location.

Assistant usage. When you use the assistant in the WithYou Companion App, WithYou records the time of each message, how many tokens it used (tokens are the units AI providers measure and charge by), and what it cost. These records contain none of the words from your conversation. WithYou uses them to understand its running costs and to set usage limits. Delete account deletes them. When you use WithYou through Claude, Claude runs on your own Claude account, and WithYou keeps no usage records for it.

Where your information is stored

Your WithYou information is stored using Cloudflare's server and storage services. On your phone, WithYou stores only two sign-in identifiers. Assistant conversations are not saved by WithYou. When you leave the chat, the conversation is discarded.

How the assistant works

WithYou Assistant is run by Anthropic's Claude. When you use the assistant, WithYou sends Anthropic the conversation, your assistant settings, and the WithYou records the assistant needs to read to answer you. WithYou does not use your information to train models.

If you use Connect WithYou to Claude, your own Claude account can read and update your WithYou records. Claude connections last for up to 30 days.

Anthropic's handling of information on its side is governed by Anthropic's own terms and policies.

Voice notes

If you make a voice note, your microphone records it and your phone's speech recognition turns it into text. That speech recognition is provided by Apple or Google and may process the audio on their servers. WithYou does not store the audio. Apple's or Google's handling of information on their side is governed by their own terms and policies.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide WithYou:

• Anthropic: the conversation, your assistant settings, and records the assistant reads to answer you.
• Google: for sign-in and related Google account services.
• Cloudflare: for hosting, storage and server request logs.
• Your Claude account: if you choose to connect WithYou to Claude.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Security

Every request to WithYou is checked against your Google sign-in. Traffic between your device and WithYou is encrypted using HTTPS. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Deleting your information

You can permanently delete individual records. You can also use Delete account on your profile page in the WithYou Companion App. This deletes all of your data from WithYou's storage, and any Claude connection to your account stops working. This does not delete Cloudflare server logs or information held separately by Anthropic or Google.

Children

WithYou is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when WithYou or its information practices change. We will post the updated policy on withyou.email and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use WithYou after an updated policy is posted means you accept the updated policy.
