WithYou is a dedicated kiosk that makes it easier for the kiosk Owner to stay connected with their Family Members. WithYou is a service of KB TWO LLC.

How WithYou Messaging Works

WithYou sends SMS notifications to Family Members who provided their phone number prior to receiving any messages from WithYou, using a dedicated phone number assigned to each kiosk. Family Members can reply to that number to send messages back to the Owner’s kiosk.

Information We Collect

WithYou does not solicit or collect any personal information from the public. The Owner sets up the kiosk by entering Family Member contact information directly on the device. This information is used solely to operate the WithYou service and is never used for marketing.

Message content is retained only as long as needed to deliver and display messages on the kiosk.

How We Use Information

All information is used exclusively to operate the WithYou service — sending notifications to Family Members, delivering messages between the Owner and approved Family Members, and supporting the Owner’s daily activity on the kiosk. It is never used for marketing or advertising of any kind.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute any information to third parties. Message content and contact information is never shared outside of the Owner’s designated Family Members.

SMS opt-in information and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Opt-Out

Family Members may unsubscribe from SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying HELP returns contact information for assistance. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
