WithYou is a dedicated kiosk-based service operated by KB TWO LLC that helps the kiosk Owner stay connected with their approved Family Members. By providing your phone number to a WithYou kiosk Owner, you agree to the following terms.
Program Description
The WithYou kiosk sends SMS notifications to approved Family Members on behalf of the kiosk Owner. Messages may include reminders, appointment notifications, medication confirmations, daily check-in summaries, message relays from the Owner, and other operational notifications related to the Owner’s daily activity on the kiosk.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the Owner’s daily activity. Typically 1–3 messages per day.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Opt-In
Family Members are added to the WithYou service exclusively by the kiosk Owner, who personally enters each Family Member’s phone number directly on the kiosk after obtaining verbal consent. After the Owner enters your number, the kiosk will send you a single confirmation SMS asking you to reply START to confirm enrollment. No further messages will be sent to your number unless you affirmatively reply START. If you do not reply, or if you reply STOP, no further messages will be sent.
Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation SMS, after which no further messages will be sent.

Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
This service is intended for adult Family Members and caregivers of the kiosk Owner. Family Members must be at least 18 years of age.
