WithYou Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use WithYou Assistant, the WithYou Companion App, withyou.email, or Connect WithYou to Claude. By using WithYou, you agree to these Terms.

WithYou is provided by KB TWO LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

What WithYou does

WithYou Assistant is a personal assistant that helps you keep what you know, what has happened to you, and what you have to do. You can use WithYou to keep records about people, places, organisations, things, events, tasks, notes and related information.

The assistant is run by Anthropic's Claude. You can also choose to connect your own Claude account to WithYou so that Claude can read and update your WithYou records.

Your account

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for access to your Google account and for activity carried out through your WithYou account. You must provide accurate information when using WithYou and must not use WithYou unlawfully or interfere with the service or other users.

Your information

You keep ownership of the information you put into WithYou. You remain responsible for that information. WithYou handles your information as described in the WithYou Privacy Policy. You should only put information about another person into WithYou when you have the right to do so.

Assistant responses

WithYou Assistant uses Anthropic's Claude to produce responses and work with your records. Assistant responses may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for deciding whether to rely on them. Do not rely on WithYou for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.

Third-party services

WithYou depends on services provided by third parties, including Google, Anthropic and Cloudflare. Voice-note speech recognition may also use Apple or Google. Those companies' own services are governed by their own terms and policies. If you connect your own Claude account, your use of that account is also subject to Anthropic's terms.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of WithYou. We do not promise that WithYou will always be available or error-free.

Charges

WithYou does not currently take payment for Assistant Credits. WithYou may offer limited complimentary starter usage of the assistant on the website. Paid Assistant Credits may be offered later. Pricing, purchase, expiry, refund and other payment terms will be added before any sales begin.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your profile page in the WithYou Companion App. Deleting your account deletes your data from WithYou's storage, subject to the exceptions explained in the Privacy Policy.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use WithYou.

Intellectual property

KB TWO LLC owns WithYou, including its software, website, name and other intellectual property, except for material owned by others. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use WithYou under these Terms. You keep ownership of the information you put into WithYou.

Ending access

You can stop using WithYou at any time and can delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you misuse WithYou, break these Terms, or if we discontinue the service.

Disclaimers and liability

WithYou is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, reliability or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, KB TWO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, WithYou.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to WithYou or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as WithYou changes. We will post the updated Terms on withyou.email and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use WithYou after updated Terms are posted means you accept them.
